- Minimum Order Quantity is 100 pieces.
- Pricing starts at $3.75 each for our Standard Seamless Gaiter made from Recycled or Standard microfiber with full custom graphics and standard poly-bag packaging.
- Free design with no setup fees.
- Production lead-time is about three weeks.
- Orders ship from Boulder, Colorado.
Logo Layout & Background Options
- Please send your vector logos (.ai or .eps files) or high resolution .jpg or .png files to mail@curvecustom.com.
- Below are some standard logo layouts, but we can do different patterns if you prefer.
- The logos and background colors are all printed at once on white base fabric, so you can specify any background color or logo pattern you prefer (even non-standard patterns and colors).
- We can print background patterns instead of solid colors (camo, tartan, argyle, etc.).

We can match Pantone colors or you can download our Curve Custom Color Card from our Google drive. We can also send it to you in .pdf format by email (mail@curvecustom.com).

- Made from Standard or Recycled seamless material
- 25cm flat tube width x 50cm length with Sewn Hem top & bottom (Premium Gaiter)
- 25cm flat tube width x 35cm length with Sewn Hem top & bottom (Sun Gaiter)
- $4.00 each for 100 pieces (price breaks at 200 and 500 pieces)
Pandana Double Layer Thermal Gaiter™
- Made from Recycled seamless material
- 25cm flat tube width x 35cm length with Sewn Hem at the bottom
- Two layers of our standard weight recycled microfiber for added warmth
- $6.25 each for 100 pieces (price breaks at 200 and 500 pieces)
Custom Order Details
- After we receive your logos, preferred logo layout, and background color, we'll design your art layout (making revisions to your request) and send you a digital order confirmation with the artwork and order details for your final approval.
- Once you approve the final order confirmation and process your payment, your order will be placed into the production queue.
- When your order is finished we ship your order through the US Postal Service and send you a tracking number.
- We request 100% payment in advance on custom orders.

Please note that custom orders are non-refundable. The client is responsible for checking the order confirmation and artwork proofs in detail for any errors. Curve is not responsible for any errors that were present in the approved art proofs.
